When purchasing through Che Lee Yuen's official China website, you are entitled to request returns or exchanges within five (5) days of delivery confirmation.

To exercise your return/exchange rights, you need to call (86) 15992613117 or contact the customer service staff through Che Lee Yuen's official WeChat Mini Program. They will assist you in completing the return/exchange process.

For returns: After passing quality inspection, we will refund the original payment amount to the purchaser (not gift recipients) within 7 days of return receipt. Refunds are issued exclusively to the original purchaser via their original payment method. For cash-on-delivery or bank transfer orders, please provide your bank account details to complete the refund process.

For exchanges: After passing our quality inspection, any price difference between the items will either be refunded to you or require additional payment. In such cases, we will cancel the original sales order for the returned item and create a new order for the replacement piece.
